Horizontal imbalance.(Edged glass has flaws). The specific reasons as follows:
Soft foundation.A solid cement foundation that has not been tamped cannot withstand the weight of the mainframe itself, causing the main engine to sink, resulting in unevenness. Need to compact the foundation and level the fuselage.
The glass bracket feet are not fixed. It is easy to shift when grinding large glass, resulting in differences in levels. Need to calibrate the bracket.
Long-term use of the machine only replaces a small part of the conveyor chain block glue, the new and old block glue used together, the height is different, resulting in the polished glass has a size head. Must replace all the block glue or simply replace the entire conveyor chain.
The conveyor chain causes-horizontal imbalance.The conveyor chain that enters the glass and the conveyor chain that exits the glass are not in a straight line (not horizontal) with the front and rear platens. Solutions as follows:
Firstly, adjust the height of the guide rail of feeding direction (can be realized by adjusting the screw rod under the guide rail), so that the long glass like 2500mm can be transported on the conveyor chain of the guide rail from the beginning to the end when the glass is edging. After passing the board 40CM, pay attention to two places: whether the glass on the conveyor chain under the pressure transmission board and the glass on the conveyor chain on the right side of the machine are still attached to the conveyor chain. If the conveyor on the conveyor chain below the pressure transmission plate leaves the conveyor chain and lifts it up, reduce the guide rail screw on the right A-frame until it is flat; if the glass tail on the conveyor chain on the right side of the machine is lifted (vacated) , you need to raise the guide rail screw on the right A-frame until it is flat. The conveyor chain adjustment level on the left side of the machine is also reasoned according to this principle.
The polishing effect is not good or the middle part can not be polished: the front and rear platens are too loose, the glass sinks during grinding leads to too much intermediate grinding, so the middle part of the glass can not be polished well. Just remove the boot shell and fasten the splint chain.
The displacement of sprocket of rear bone row in feeding direction leads to displacement when the glass advances so that the glass ends and middle can not be polished. Solutions: Firstly, disassemble the two sets of hoods and correct the height and angle of the two sprocket wheels on the glass. The two sprocket wheels on the gearbox are the same.
